Private Yoga Sessions
Unlike group classes, my private yoga training is 100% about you. Together we navigate your health conditions, and I help your learning in self-discovery and growth. We’ll form a special relationship—special because it’s all about your wellbeing.

Yoga with Scoliosis Class
This virtual class is designed for students with scoliosis, whether or not they have undergone spinal fusion. Explore how scoliosis impacts your entire body and understand your postural habits. Sessions emphasize extension, using breath for expansion, discovering posture alignment, enhancing balance and strength, fostering relaxation, and cultivating body awareness.
All students must sign up in advance. You will receive a Zoom link an hour prior to class. Class is Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM ET. Register for the January class series HERE.
Back-Care Yoga Class
This is a live, interactive virtual class to take from home! For all types of back issue, pain and postural problems including scoliosis. Log on to lengthen your spine and move out of the habitual behaviors that are making your back hurt! All levels welcome including those new to yoga and beginners.
All students must sign up in advance. Your confirmation email will include a Zoom link. Class is Mondays from 12:30-1:45 PM ET. Register
Winter Workshop Series
Winter Workshop Yoga Series for Scoliosis & Fusions – A Practice of Micro Moments. These workshops are designed to help you:
Cultivate mindset shifts for daily resilience.
Connect deeply with your breath, body, and feelings.
Move and breath in ways that support and restore your spine.
Dates: January 18th, February 8th, and March 1st
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM ET
Location: Virtual on Zoom (Replay available for two weeks after each session)
Cost: $29 per workshop or $75 for all three

Private Pilates Sessions
Scoliosis-focused Pilates is a specialized practice that customizes movements to address an individual's unique three-dimensional curvature and rotational issues in the spine.
This tailored approach aims to enhance postural awareness through finding one’s ideal alignment, alleviate compression in affected areas, increase spine and pelvis stability through targeted breathing techniques and muscle activation, as well as alleviating discomfort.
