Yoga with Scoliosis & Fusion Class Series
This virtual class is designed for students with scoliosis, whether or not they have undergone spinal fusion. Explore how scoliosis impacts your entire body and understand your postural habits. Sessions emphasize extension, using breath for expansion, discovering posture alignment, enhancing balance and strength, fostering relaxation, and cultivating body awareness.
Students must register for the entire 5-week series, and everyone will receive the class replays. You will receive a Zoom link an hour prior to class. Class is Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM ET. Next series begins on October 22nd and runs until November 19th. Register here.
Scoliosis & Fusion Drop-In Yoga Class
This is a live, interactive virtual class for all students with scoliosis with an emphasis on students with fusions. The focus is on extension and working with issues affecting people with scoliosis such as balance, proprioception, strength and reducing compensatory patterns. All levels welcome including those new to yoga.
All students must sign up in advance. Your confirmation email will include a Zoom link. Class is Mondays from 11:30-12:45 PM ET. Register
Private Scolio-Pilates® Sessions
Scolio-Pilates® is a three-dimensional scoliosis-specific exercise program that will put you in control of your scoliosis. Learn more here.
This tailored approach aims to enhance postural awareness and endurance through finding one’s ideal alignment, alleviate compression in affected areas, increase spine and pelvis stability through targeted breathing techniques and muscle activation, as well as alleviating discomfort.

Fusion Method Class Series
Join me for my signature Fusion Method Class Series — a 4-week virtual program combining the centering and breathwork of yoga with the elongation and postural endurance training of Scolio-Pilates®. Classes are recorded.

Back Care Pilates Reformer Class
This class is designed to specifically target and strengthen core and postural muscles, improve flexibility, and alleviate back discomfort through controlled, low-impact movements.
